Joint Venture Accounting provides professional services including, but not limited to:

• Tax Planning & Compliance
• Bookkeeping & Cloud Accounting
• Business Advisory & Mentoring
• Cash Flow Management
• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting
• Payroll & HR Management

The specific scope of services to be provided to you will be outlined in a separate, written Engagement Letter. Any services requested outside the scope of your Engagement Letter may be subject to additional fees.

To provide you with accurate and timely services, we rely on the information and documents you provide. You agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial records and information.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your business structure, financial situation, or other relevant circumstances.
• Understand that our services do not constitute a financial audit or review unless explicitly stated in your Engagement Letter. We will not independently verify the data you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for errors, penalties, or financial losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

• Fixed-Fee Packages: We operate primarily on customized, fixed-fee monthly packages. Your specific fees will be detailed in your Engagement Letter.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice (typically 7 to 14 days).
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or apply late fees to overdue accounts until payment is received in full.

We take your privacy and the security of your financial data seriously.

• All client information provided to Joint Venture Accounting is treated as strictly confidential.
• We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or to authorized third-party service providers (such as cloud accounting software platforms) necessary to deliver our services.

Our services utilize third-party cloud software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks). We are not responsible for the uptime, security breaches, or data loss originating directly from these third-party platforms. Additionally, our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice, subject to the specific terms outlined in your Engagement Letter. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website or our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
